SFEMS will hold its annual members’ meeting on Sunday, September 13, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. online on Zoom. All SFEMS members are cordially invited to attend. The annual meeting is an opportunity for us to celebrate and reflect on the past season. It also is your chance to share your ideas for the future, and most importantly, elect Board members for the 2020–21 fiscal year. A slate of Board nominations will be announced in late August.
Festivities for the annual meeting include a special online performance featuring our newest affiliate, Calextone (Allison Zelles Lloyd, Frances Blaker, Letitia Berlin, and Shira Kammen). In addition, we will honor Jonathan Harris, our longtime communications director, who retired in February after three decades’ of exemplary service to SFEMS and early music in the Bay Area.
Other highlights of the Members’ Meeting will include remarks from President Joyce Johnson Hamilton and Executive Director Derek Tam, as well as an open forum for members’ questions and suggestions.
