In their Bay Area debut, SFEMS presents Switzerland-based ensemble Profeti della Quinta, who in this magical concert trace the evolution of the madrigal. Includes pieces by Cipriano de Rore, Luzzasco Luzzaschi, Carlo Gesualdo, Scipio Lacorcia, and Claudio Monteverdi.

Harpsichordist Arthur Omura performs online from Walnut Creek
St. Paul’s Concert Series is excited to present harpsichordist Arthur Omura in a live performance broadcast from St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Walnut Creek. For St. Paul’s, Mr. Omura has compiled “The Duels”, featuring harpsichord pieces from Handel, Scarlatti, Bach, and Marchand.
